This person was not naturalized 06/07/1940 - she was issued a Form 505 on that date. There was supposedly no Certificate of Arrival issued for some reason.

The application was no. 6-90673. 6 was the INS office in Pittsburgh, covering MD panhandle, Western OH and Western PA. Usually, that becomes the Certificate of Arrival number.
