Something is seriously wrong here. Morris J. Devay married Josephine Wertheimer in 1899 in Defiance County, Ohio. They aren't in the 1900 census, but they're consistently together after that. When was he married to Hermina? Hermina's age seems too old for him. This guy is clearly Martin F.'s brother, but was he ever in Homestead? His passport application says he was never outside of Ohio. (His naturalization is just the indexed fields.)

There was clearly a Martin F. Davidovitz in Hstd in the early 1890s, but I don't think the M. Devay in the early 1900s is him or his brother.
